Welcome to Outside Travels. When you shop with us in the webshop, the terms and conditions below apply. Please read them carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, you are always welcome to contact our customer service.
1. General
The webshop is operated by Outside Travels AB, reg. no. 559046-2395, with its registered office in Gothenburg. By placing an order with us, you accept these terms and conditions and certify that you are at least 18 years old, or have the guardian's approval for the purchase.
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of products in our webshop. For booking fishing trips, our separate travel terms and conditions apply.
2. Orders
Orders are placed via outsidetravels.com. Once your order has been processed, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. The confirmation is your receipt that an agreement has been entered into between you and Outside Travels AB.
We reserve the right for any inaccuracies in stock status, product information, images, and prices. Should a product prove to be out of stock or incorrectly priced, we will contact you before the order is processed further.
If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam folder. If you cannot find anything there, please contact us.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) including VAT (25%). Shipping costs are added according to our shipping and returns policy and are always shown at checkout.
We offer several secure payment options:
- Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Klarna (invoice, partial payment, direct payment)
- Swish
- PayPal
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
Payment is made in connection with the order being placed. We use SSL encryption for all communication between your browser and our server.
4. Delivery
Our normal delivery time is 10–15 business days. We collaborate with several suppliers and warehouses around Europe, which gives you a wider selection but may mean that delivery times vary between products.
We sometimes divide the order into several shipments so that you do not have to wait for the entire order if a product is delayed. You will receive tracking information via email for each part.

5. Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act. The withdrawal period starts from the day you received the item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal:
- Contact us at info@outsidetravels.com within 14 days of receipt. State your order number and which products you wish to return.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging with price tags intact.
- We will send a return label via email.
A return fee will be charged according to our shipping and returns policy and will be deducted from the refund. The refund will be made within 14 days after an approved return, via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that, for hygienic reasons, have been sealed and broken.
- Specially ordered or custom-made products.
- Downloaded digital products where delivery has commenced.
6. Complaints
As a consumer, you have a 3-year right to complain according to the Consumer Purchase Act if the item is faulty. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you discover the defect, which is normally considered to be within 2 months.
Contact us at info@outsidetravels.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and preferably pictures. We will get back to you within three business days with how we will handle the matter. In the event of an approved complaint, we will cover the return shipping and offer either a new product, repair, or full refund.
7. Personal data
We handle your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data is used to manage your order, delivery, customer service, and marketing if you have consented to it.
You always have the right to request, correct or delete your data. Read more in our privacy policy.
8. Responsibility and warranties
Outside Travels AB is not responsible for damages caused by incorrect use or lack of maintenance of the products. Warranties are provided in accordance with the respective manufacturer's warranty terms, in addition to the statutory right to complain.
We are not responsible for indirect damages such as lost income, missed fishing opportunities, or other consequential damages of a possible product defect.
9. Force majeure
Outside Travels AB is not responsible for delays or deficiencies caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, government decisions, or disruptions at our suppliers and carriers.
10. Dispute resolution
We hope that you always contact us directly if something is not as it should be, and we will try to resolve it together. Should we not agree, as a consumer you have the right to contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, arn.se.
You can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr. Swedish law applies to these terms and conditions.
11. Changes to the terms and conditions
Outside Travels AB reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Any changes will be published on the website and will apply from the date stated. For already placed orders, the terms and conditions that were current at the time of purchase will always apply.

We offer free shipping on all orders over SEK 999. For orders under SEK 999, the shipping fee is SEK 99. Bulky goods have a separate shipping fee which is displayed at checkout.

Yes, sometimes we split the order into multiple shipments depending on stock availability. You don't pay anything extra for this, and you will receive tracking information for each part via email.

Standard returns cost SEK 199 and will be deducted from the refund. Bulky goods cost SEK 499. In the event of a faulty or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
